You need to check with Auto Transporters in Germany. With all the returning service men who bring back cars there should be a number of options. Before you invest money in this idea I would suggest you investigate the taxation and registration requirements in Taiwan. Cars are also very expensive in Singapore but if you have to pay 150% Tax and provide recent certification of emissions compliance that are only available from the manufacture or a few test facilities.
